*outdoor training conducted in North Sydney. Alternatively I can come to you if you live within 10km of North Sydney and have your own home gym.

Simply want to have the additional assistance, support and motivation to go the extra mile with your training? Try a personal one-on-one training session and I will make sure you push yourself further!
Casual 1 hour session rate - $60
Casual 45 min session rate - $50
10 x 1 hour session pass - $550 / $55 per session
10 x 45 min session pass - $450 / $45 per session

The higher your health and fitness target is and the closer you get to it the better chances you have of raising more money. What's more, you'll have even more motivation and commitment to keep you on track to achieve amazing results.

It's quick and easy with just a few clicks of your mouse! Simply sign up for a fundraising page, choose the charity you wish to fundraise for and give a description on what you're fundraising for. Make sure to make regular updates on your progress and let all your friends know!
Here are some charity fundraising ideas you might like to try:
- Set a target weight and ask friends and family to donate $X amount for every pound or kilo you lose.
- Set a target dress size and ask for donations towards getting there or even for every dress sized dropped.
- Set a target measurement eg waist and ask friends and family to donate $X for every 1/2cm or 1cm lost.
- Set a target body fat % and ask friends and family to donate $X for every X% lost.
- Set a target distance to run/bike/swim without stopping. Ask for donations for a set amount of meters/kilometres you improve by.
- Donate all your old clothes (that you no longer fit in of course!) to charity.
Promote your 'Everyday Hero' page!
- Post your Everyday Hero page on facebook.
- Create a facebook event or page dedicated to your charity challenge with a link to your 'Everyday Hero' page and invite all of your friends. Remember to keep the page updated with your progress!
- Send tweets about your fitness journey and progress.
- Email friends and family.
- If you have a blog write a post about your charity challenge.
