Another one of the things I’ve really enjoyed about training with Fawn is that she is a great motivator and makes both fitness and nutrition fun! The weekly check-ins are fantastic for accountability and I find myself pushing myself harder as I know I’ll have to report back on everything I’ve been doing. In addition, I’ve found the constructive feedback provided by Fawn to be really helpful and appreciated that she’s always happy to answer any questions I may have.

"When I moved to Australia I put on a few kilos and after trying many times to get rid of them unsuccessfully I decided that I needed to find help to do so. As a vegetarian I was so frustrated to hear from most professionals that I needed to have a source of animal protein in my meals. I was just too well informed and had my mind set about my reasons to eat this way and I just could not leave my values behind. When I heard about Fawn I felt so relieved! We discussed my goals I wanted to achieve, and she seemed to know exactly what I was after. I always liked to exercise but I needed someone who would not only help me with my weight training, but also educate me about my meals and nutrition. To me it sounded GREAT the idea of losing weight, being fit and also acting perfectly according to my values, as an animal lover I can say I've never been as happy as I am now that my meals are 100% animal products free.

"I have exercised on and off for my whole life, probably more off than on if truth be known, other than yoga i could not find an exercise regime that really suited me, i am not a lover of your traditional gym style exercise programs and find the treadmill and cross trainer the most boring thing out there. I had stacked on a little weight over the last three years 12 kg to be exact and i was not feeling all that great about myself. So after looking in the mirror every day and seeing the same thing (you know the saying if nothing changes, nothing changes) and realising that this statement is true, i knew i need to act sooner rather than later, so my search began, i wanted a trainer who was not going to read me the riot act about eating meat, so i searched for a vegetarian trainer and came across Fawn's profile and her traning offerings and decided then and there to sign up for the 12 week program.

What i love about this program is the flexibility to adapt it to your lifestyle, you can do it any time you like, the fact that you have to complete and email your food diary and training schedule every week keeps you accountable, Fawn will respond and give you tips to improve your diet or exercise program going forward, for some reason i am finding that i actually enjoy this internet style approach.

Fawn is very professional in her approach. i would recomend this style of exercise program to anyone. I am not the most disciplined person when it comes to exercise so if i can do it so can you."
