How long can I expect before I receive an email response?
All emails received from clients can expect a prompt response within 48 hours.
What if I want to 'pause' my program due to injury, holiday etc?
You can. Notification is required for pausing of a program via email and we will kick back off where we left off. However note that ceasing a program for more than a week will have a less favourable impact on your progress and overall results.
Do I have to take supplements or protein powders/bars?
Not necessarily. It is certainly still possible to see results without the use of supplements or protein powders especially for those just beginning a training program. However I do recommend them as a quick and easy meal alternative or snack.
Do I need to have equipment?
If you're a beginner we can come up with a suitable program for you to follow in your home without the use of much if any additional equipment. However the use of some additional equipment will be beneficial especially for resistance training and is recommended for those more advanced. Please contact me by email if you would like to start a training program from your own home and we can discuss your goals and we can work out any required equipment needs.
How do I maintain my results once I've finished my program?
Chances are if you finish the program and go back to your old ways you will more than likely end up back where you started. In order to avoid this it's important that you gain the understanding that training and nutrition are lifestyle habits and not just 'fads'. If you want to continue to maintain your results you'll need to incorporate what you've learned into your everyday life. Alternately you can continue with another program at a reduced rate for maintenance.
