I don't know about you, but when I'm in the gym I love to listen to some good tunes while I'm working out.

There's nothing quite like a high energy, bass bumping, motivational tune that gets me going. Feeling tired? Not in the mood to exercise? Listen to some music! Music has the ability to instantaneously change your mental and physical state. Not only will it help you stay motivated to push that little bit harder or run the little bit faster..it will also drown out other distractions like the gorilla man grunting next to you on the bench press or the lady panting on the treadmill beside you.
